Pre License for an Idaho Real Estate License

This class satisfies the classroom requirement to obtain your real estate license in Idaho. There are two classes, each of them is $350 per 45 hours, we charge one price, this will include all materials you need. 45 hours for a total of 90 hours of class time.  The classes will run from 9AM – 5pm with a HALF HOUR (.5 or 1/2 or 30 minutes) for lunch. This class runs on January 30, 31 February 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14,16, 17 Please make sure you can be in attendance every day the class runs for the entire time.  You will not get credit for missed days.
